Andover

Pertemps are working with a world-leading food distribution company in Andover, recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join a professional transport operation supplying stores. We are looking for highly motivated and reliable HGV Class 1 drivers who take pride in delivering excellent service, maintaining high safety standards.
Overview about the role
- Work start times from 4am
- 8-13 hour shifts
- Thursday – Monday (weekend work included)
- Safely delivering fresh, frozen, and ambient products
- Providing excellent customer service at delivery points
- Representing our clients in a professional and timely manner
- Completing delivery paperwork and following route instructions
- Full day induction and day assessment
Requirements for this Class 1 HGV Role:
- A full UK driving licence (maximum of 6 points)
- Minimum 2 years Class 1 Driving experience is needed
- Good knowledge safe driving practices
- CPC card and Digital Tacho Card
Shift Rates
- Week Days - £19.32
- Saturday - £19.55
- Sundays - £20.55
- Overtime after 48 hours
